Care of Elevator Equipment in Machine Room:
• Fuse / Fuse
• Check all the fuses including the parent fuse. Never use a fuse larger than the original and also do not occasionally connect the fuse with the wire, check also kli-clip is really tight.
Check motor condition regularly.
Ensure motor temperature is normal and there is no abnormal noise or vibration.
- Check brake condition and wear periodically.
- Ensure brake works properly and releases smoothly.
- Check sheave condition and rope groove wear.
- Ensure sheave and wire rope are clean and properly aligned.
- Check governor rope condition and tension.
- Ensure governor rotates smoothly and safety function operates correctly.
